• Is the battery safe enough?
Yes, we have online X-Ray full inspection to ensure the safety of the internal structure of the battery cells. And for battery packs, it has protection-circuit module to protect the battery from over-charge, over-discharge, over current, over temperature, short circuit, etc. All our batteries are strictly inspected before shipping.
• What kind of Certificates your products have acquired?
Most of our batteries have passed MSDS, UN38.3, IEC62133, CE, CB,RoHS,REACH,PSE,KC, UL, etc.
• Can you provide OEM&ODM service?
Yes, We do OEM&ODM for many famous brands in both China and overseas,like ABB, DECATHLON,etc!
• Can you CUSTOMIZE lithium batteries for customers ?

For regular cells, no MOQ. Small-quantity orders are also welcome.
Larger Quantities,Better Prices. For customized battery pack, pls contact us to share your detailed requirement.
• What is your term of payment?
We suppport T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, and so on.

• What is the production lead time?
It is 10 to 15 days for samples, 20 to 25 days for bulk orders.
• How do you ship the batteries to customers?
For samples, we can ship by express such as UPS, FedEx, DHL.
For bulk orders, we can ship by air, by sea or by road.
• Do you provide after-sales warranty ?
Yes. Normally,for the lithium-polymer and li-ion batteries,our warranty is 12 months; for LiFePO4 battery, we can support 3-years warranty at least.
• How long can the battery be stored?
At normal temperature, the batteries can be stored for one year without using. But in order to keep the battery performance at high level, we suggest you to do a charging & discharging cycle every 3 months.
